Needless to say, made it thru the ER scare. As far as we can tell, I had a severe colitis attack. It was bad enough that I couldn't call 911 on my own. I had to dial Joelle and basically cry which was her cue to rush home and save me. Next came the firetruck and the ambulance 'cause I was in way too much pain to move and puking pretty bad. After being hooked up to my beloved morphine drip and choking down a bucket of that contrast qrap, I went in for a CT scan. The preliminary diagnosis by the tech showed nothing. I'm still waiting to get the official diag. from a radiologist.
Sooo, this is a "good" week for me. But because of the episode, I'm taking it easy and not going into work. I'm also playing the single parent while Joelle is away for work and doing that and working would be a bit too stressful. Anna V. is down being super auntie helping me out. A necessary and blessed safety net in case another I had another attack.
That's all to update for now. Got chemo next monday and hopefully I'll have news from my tumor board meeting as to what we will be doing next to kick more cancer arrsse!!
Till then, thanks for reading and caring and please to comment below.
